KEEPPACT TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms apply to your use of the KeepPact website and to any purchase of KeepPact 30. By purchasing or using KeepPact, you agree to these Terms.
What KeepPact Is
KeepPact is a digital 30-day discipline and accountability system. Customers receive access to digital content and a private member portal with daily structure, habit tracking, weekly reviews and supporting digital resources.
Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account information, and for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are for personal use by the purchasing customer and may not be shared, transferred or used by multiple people.
Acceptable Use
You may use KeepPact content for your own personal development. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, share, publish, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit KeepPact content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
KeepPact owns or licenses its branding, content, designs, materials, systems and other intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.
Results and Responsibility
KeepPact provides structure, tools and accountability. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, commitments and results. KeepPact does not guarantee any specific financial, personal, health, fitness, career, business or lifestyle outcome, and it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Seek professional advice where appropriate.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, unauthorised access attempts, content theft or serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
Refunds and Privacy
Purchases are also governed by our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Digital Product Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KeepPact is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, the member portal or the digital resources. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the amount you paid for it.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
